Follow these steps if your Envision controller is not responding in menus or your character is not moving.
1 Check Trigger Deadzones: Open iCUE and verify that your trigger deadzones are not set to zero.
2 Restore Defaults: Adjust the trigger deadzones back to their default settings to prevent accidental activations.
3 Adjust Curve Response: If the controller is still too sensitive for a specific game, try lowering the curve response settings in iCUE.
PRO TIP: Game menus often have very sensitive activation thresholds. If your deadzones are too low, a trigger might be "firing" constantly, which causes the menu to stop responding to other inputs.
