- Start by plugging in your controller to your PC.
- If you have an Envision Pro controller, ensure that it is in wired mode.
- Open iCUE
- Ensure that you are running that latest version of iCUE and your Envision firmware is up-to-date.
- Click the Envision image within the iCUE home screen to open the Envision module.
- Once in the Envision module, click the "Calibration" section located in the side bar.
- Select “Run Wizard”.
- Do not unplug the device or switch between USB and Wireless modes during the calibration process. Once you are ready to start the process, press "Start Process".
- Please note: ensure that the triggers are set to FULL THROW mode rather than instant mode.
- The first part of the calibration process is the triggers. Do not touch the triggers once the calibration process starts. Press "Next" when you are ready to continue and do not touch the triggers until the process is complete.
- Once complete, press "Next".
- For the next step, confirm that the controller's triggers are in full throw mode. Once they are in full-throw mode, press "Next".
- Fully press and release the Left Trigger (LT) three times.
- Once complete, press "Next"
- Repeat the same process for the Right Trigger (RT)
- Once complete, press "Next"
- For the next part, move the Left Thumbstick (LS) all the way directly left and release. Let the thumbstick rest for 2 seconds. The controller will vibrate once the Thumbstick is centered. Repeat this for the direct up, right, and down directions. Remember to let the thumbstick rest for 2 seconds before moving to the next direction.
- Once complete, press "Next".
- Repeat the same process for the Right Thumbstick (RT).
- Once the process is complete, press "Next".
- For the next step, rotate the Left Thumbstick(LS) three times clockwise and three times counterclockwise, while maintaining contact with the anti-friction ring the entire time.
- Once complete, press "Next"
- Repeat the same process for the Right Thumbstick (RS).
- Once complete, press "Finish" to save your calibration data, exit the wizard, and return to iCUE.
Please note:
You can redo any step if you feel that you may have done something wrong.
To do this, simply press "Retry" in the bottom right within the calibration wizard.
You will need to complete the wizard in its entirety to save your calibration data.
