Follow these steps to safely remove and replace your controller's faceplate.
1 Remove the current faceplate: Use your finger to gently pull the faceplate off from the top of the controller (near the bumpers).
2 Lift over thumbsticks: Carefully lift the faceplate up and away, sliding it over the thumbsticks.
3 Position your new faceplate: Align the rings of your new faceplate with the thumbsticks and button cutouts.
4 Secure in place: Lower the faceplate onto the controller. The magnetic system will automatically snap and lock it into place.
PRO TIP: While the faceplate is off, you can also swap your thumbsticks, anti-friction rings, and D-Pad!
